Please read to the following to learn more about the cancellation policy, course certificates, recordings and more.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

  1. If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the course date, you can either reschedule to a new course date (if available) or receive a refund minus a $5 processing fee.
  2. If you cancel the day of the course before the start time, you can pick a new date to attend (if available), but no refund will be given.
  3. If you cancel any time after the course has already occurred, no refund will be given.
  4. If the above reschedule criteria are met, only one reschedule will be allowed.

If I can’t make the seminar date I originally signed up for, can I switch to a different date?

 Will the course be taped and will I have access to the recording afterward?

Not all seminars will be taped.  If a seminar is taped, you will not have access to the recording afterward.

Can I tape/record the seminar?

No. The seminar is the property of Runners Rehab Seminars.

How will I get my course certificate?

You will receive an individual course certificate once you complete a survey after the conclusion of the course.

How will I know if the seminar I took has been approved?

Each course is submitted to the NJ State Board of PT Examiners for approval at least 45 days prior to the course date.  The approval number will be printed on the course certificate if it is available prior to the course date.

What happens if I have technical difficulties and have trouble getting into the course?

First try leaving and then joining the zoom meeting again. If you are attempting to join using an iPhone or iPad, try switching to a laptop or desktop computer.
